I exist in a time bubble where my character can be any age at any time for RP purposes.As I'm more familiar with the early anime than the games, I'll really only be going along with that as far as canon goes. I'll be using whatever headcanons I like to make my experience writing this chick more enjoyable.I'm open to there being more than one Mewtwo and the anime supports there being more than one as well. Ash recognizes what M16 Mewtwo is without any trouble and that's cool with me. HMU for that interaction!

If your character's height difference is more than about a foot and a half then chances are things won't happen. Exceptions can be made but otherwise, average height please! Lee was born on February 2 in the northern Orange Archipelago/Sevii Islands. Her mother came from further south and had very dark skin. Lee was born with her father's Irish complexion. This hasn't stopped her from being able to tan but she doesn't get nearly as dark as other southern islanders. Time spent out of the sun lets her get as pale as her father can get and he can still tan well.She was about two years old when she was orphaned. The island she was born on was very close-knit and had loved her mother. She might have been a pass-the-parcel kind of child, going from one house to the next, but she was well-loved and her island family made sure she knew it. Lee still wished that she was one person's child but being everyone's child, cousin, sibling did a lot for keeping her from feeling unwanted. She grew up loving the ocean and drawing the pokémon that frequented the shores of her home.It was on the edge of the water that Lee made her first pokémon friend, a squirtle that she named Ula. At first the baby turtle was wary of her but it didn't take long for the two to bond and become partners. A few weeks after Lee's tenth birthday the two of them set out for the mainland to take on the gym circuit. Along the way Lee added to her team and had a run-in with Gary Oak. She didn't know who he was but had an instant crush. He told her of a pokémon that attacked him and that it was evil.Smitten though she was, Lee didn't believe that a pokémon could be evil. After all, they only did what their trainers told them to - generally anyway. Pokémon didn't attack people! They challenged them and the partners they already had to test their worth! Lee knew that from experience but Gary was insistent about this mysterious pokémon's capacity for evil.So of course, she decided she was going to hunt it down.Lee completed her gym circuit but skipped out on challenging the Indigo Plateau in favor of searching for the mystery Pokémon from Gary's last match against the Viridian Gym Leader. If a pokémon that powerful was running around then maybe she could catch it and impress her crush.For a year and a half Lee and her team traveled all over Kanto and Johto searching for any clues as to what and where Gary's mystery pokémon could be. Along the way she came across more than one Team Rocket base that she sneaked into while disguised. It was in one base while she was nosing through their files, stealing whatever she could and utterly destroying whatever she couldn't, that she found her first big hint.Project Mewtwo.It felt like the bottom had dropped out from under her stomach and feet. Lee didn't know what it was but her intuition hadn't lead her astray so far so she copied every bit of data on the project before uploading a virus to the base's intranet. Doing so would only slow Rocket down a little bit but it would scrub all the information in every terminal of any reference to whatever "Project Mewtwo" was and delete the CCTV footage as well.Sometimes making friends with shady people was worth it. Sometimes.With the information she'd been gathering, Lee began to search for Mewtwo and actually caught sight of him several times. Her team battled him a few times but she was never successful and walked away from each failure with a good heart and a spring in her step. It was during one such match that she was hit by a wave of misaimed psychic energy. She was knocked out cold and in a panic, teleported to a nearby hospital. After a few days in the ICU and a check-up with doctors specializing in psychic damage, Lee was released as healthy.Lee found her biological father during this time and took time away from her attempts to capture Mewtwo for several months. She got to know her still-living family and was delighted to discover she was the youngest of four. She had three older brothers! Everything wasn't perfect but with time, effort, work, and a lot of tears and therapy, Lee's gotten to know and love her father and brothers. She wasn't abandoned, she just wasn't known about and now that she was, she had a permanent home.Her hair and eyes had begun to change colors during this time. When taken to a doctor and told of her history - being hit with a blast of powerful psychic energy - it was assumed that these changes were occurring because of that. While nothing was physically wrong, with her, everyone agreed it was best to carefully watch for any other side effects that could have come about from the accident.So far Lee just seems sensitive to psychic phenomena but whether that means she's a late blooming psychic is unknown. Her father is also psychically sensitive and the twins are very powerful psychics so it hasn't been ruled out yet.The youngest of her older brothers is incredibly not psychic in every way but he makes of for it by being very fast and very good at sleight of hand.
